1. Ghana International School (GIS): This prestigious institution boasts a world-class, holistic education for ages 3-18. GIS offers a diverse curriculum blending the English National Curriculum with Cambridge programs, preparing students for top universities worldwide. GIS is the first in Ghana accredited by both CIS and NEASC, showcasing their commitment to excellence.
2. SOS-Hermann Gmeiner International College (HGIC): This selective college in Tema is a launchpad for future leaders. Vilac International School is a coeducational institution established in September 2008 to offer Cambridge International Examinations (CIE), Ghana Education Service (GES) and British curricula to meet the needs of the rapidly growing and diverse worldwide community.
It has two campuses (Lower school at East Legon. and Upper School at Achimota). It runs from Year 7 to 13 and SHS 1 to 3. There are several examination options for students: for Year 9 students, there is the CheckPoint exam (now known as Cambridge Secondary 1). Starting from Year 10 and continuing through Year 11, the school offers the IGCSE examination. The IGCSE exams are typically conducted in May or June. Additionally, students in Form 3 (equivalent to SHS) can take the WASSCE exam. For those who wish to pursue further studies after completing secondary school, the school also provides the option of taking the AS/A level examinations.
Lincoln Community School is a private, non-profit, college-preparatory, international school, with a high expatriate population, as well as a large number of students whose parents are Ghanaian nationals.
Classes are offered from Preschool through to grade 12.
The school year is divided into 2 semesters (August-December & January-June) and additionally into quarterly assessment periods.

Springforth International School is an English language Primary School from Class 1 through Class 6. French is taught as a compulsory foreign language for students in primary school.

11. Galaxy International School
GIS was established in 2001 to provide day and boarding facilities to children living in Ghana and children of foreign-based families. GIS offers both the British National Curriculum (Year 1-12) and the Ghana Education Service Curriculum (Year 1-3). Their BNC is taken compulsorily from Year 1- 6, whereas the GES curriculum is taken throughout Junior High. Children have the option to continue with BNC from Year 7 - Year 12.
